Customer Care Associate (Hybrid)

We’re looking for someone who believes great customer service starts with caring about both the customer and the product.
As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll support customers across multiple ecommerce marketplaces and retail channels while becoming an expert on our growing line of home décor products. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, process returns and warranties, assist retail partners, and work alongside our quality and product teams to continually improve the customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new products, and working with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, chats, and marketplace messages
- Process returns, exchanges, warranties, and replacements
- Enter retail and customer orders
- Communicate order updates and backorders
- Learn our products inside and out
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements
- Inspect and process returned merchandise
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Interest in products and how they work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and web-based systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred
Schedule (standard working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Monday & Tuesday: In Office
- Wednesday: Hybrid Optional
- Thursday: In Office
- Friday: Hybrid Optional
